A good conversation is often all it takes to get a professional relationship between two individuals back on track, or to a higher level. This online dialogue coach helps you do just that! It seems so easy to do it, but in our experience, the easy things are the ones most often forgotten.

That is why the online Leadership Dialogue Guide supports you in 4 easy steps:

  1. Check-in:
    • Both of you (manager & team member) fill in the inventory individually at our check-in site.
  2. We match:
    • When both inventories are received, we match your input and provide you with a personalized dialogue guide per email. Two pages, it’s as easy as that.
  3. You talk:
    • You schedule a meeting between manager and team member and engage in dialogue, based on the guidance we provide.
  4. Check-out:

If you have multiple conversations between the same manager and different team members, the manager only needs to submit one inventory if he provides the same kind of leadership to all team members. However, if you as a leader think you strongly differentiate the leadership you provide to individuals, please submit different inventories for your different styles for a better result.

Having a good conversation has never been facilitated in our pragmatic and effective way. It has proven to work for others. Now it is available to you as well: an online dialogue coach to strengthen your leadership!
